Coronado Relationship Coaching, Somatics, and Nervous System Regulation
“Welcome, I am so glad you’re here! We are hard wired to connect with others and yet often times past experiences become obstacles in our current relationships. Whether those relationships are with self, romantic, parenting, professional or social- they are weaved into our every day experience. As a Certified Relationship Coach and Somatic Practitioner, I help individuals, couple’s and families create deeper, more connected relationships by combining body-based practices with nervous system regulation. In my collaborative work with clients we will work together to better understand the emotional and physical responses to stress, trauma and relationship patterns. By integrating somatics, clients learn how to build emotional resiliency, manage stress, unfreeze stuck emotions and past stress patterns while learning how to become more authentically connected to self. Whether you’re healing from past relationship wounds or working through challenges in your current relationships, I provide practical tools to build safe and secure connections. My approach helps clients create lasting emotional safety and trust, helping them to feel more authentic in their relationships.”
Shiloh incorporates somatic experiencing and embodiment techniques into her practice. She has seen that the mind and body are deeply connected in providing innate wisdom for greater expansion, growth and healing. Additionally she is certified to teach Non-Linear Movement Method™sessions. NLMM is a modality of somatic experiencing aimed at uniting the mind and body, deepening connection to self, managing emotions, regulating the nervous system, unfreezing trauma patterns and releasing stuck emotion/energy.

“Courage empowers us to listen where we normally would defend, to witness pain instead of judging it, to acknowledge failure as room to grow, and to sit with discomfort like it’s a dawn, not a death.”
-K.J. Ramsey
